Hampton Inn by Hilton St. Catharines Niagara

We stayed in the Hampton Inn by Hilton in St. Catharines for our birthday. So pleased with every aspect of this holtel. Clean and staff were so friendly. Definitely will come back and refer it to family and friends

I want to congratulate Gus, the front desk employee who helped us with the pool towels and tea water. He had an excellent attitude and was very kind and pleasant; it's clear he enjoys his job and it makes him happy.

I don’t normally review hotels but had to leave one here. I’ve been at many Hilton Hampton Inns in the past, but was here specifically for a football tournament at Brock University. Shared the room with a few of my teammates and it was great! The room was super clean overall and the bed was nice and comfy. We were able to lay in bed and catch the Jay’s game at the World Series before going to bed. There was also a nice desk where I could study for a bit and a mini fridge to store some snacks. I also liked the breakfast that they had on the main level. I took a chance at the boiled eggs, which surprisingly weren’t overboiled and grey and actually tasted great! Would definitely recommend for your next stay in St. Catherine’s!

Clean, modern, functional hotel. Free breakfast is simple but adequate. Excellent fitness facilities. Convenient check in/out with the app. Good location off the highway near food, gas shopping. I did not like the sliding door for closet/bathroom with no ability to lock it. It's right near the room door which is not great for privacy. Only does room service every other day which is fine in ny opinion.

I was recently in St Catharines for a funeral and needed a place to stay for the night. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the lobby to my room everything was modern but most importantly clean. I felt safe as well in there being a woman by myself. I was impressed by their complimentary breakfast. There was a lot of food to choose from including scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. I would definitely stay here again.

We stay in a lot of Hamptons and I liked the room design of this one. We had a king bed room. The pull out shelves in the bathroom provide many places to put your stuff. We're glad you don't have microwaves bc I never like the idea of people preparing food in a room I sleep in. It increases the chance for bugs. But I do love a mini fridge. The bed was comfy. The hotel is quiet. The breakfast is typical and okay. I like the option for real plates and cups. I'm a tea drinker so I like the hot water and tea provided in the lobby. The pool was nice and warm. The front desk people were friendly and efficient.

Absolutely amazing. Extremely clean. The prices hear are nearIy 50% cheaper than Niagara Falls and it was only a 10 min drive. We had stayed on the weekend of Nov 21 to Nov 23. Staff were amazing and kind. We tried a place call the " TWISTED PIG " near by and it was amazing. We also tried a placed called " Antica " in Niagara Falls which was also amazing. Why would u stay in Niagara Falls and pay ridiculous prices with dirty hotel room with NO breakfast included. This was so clean and an amazing breakfast. Thank you to the staff for a great weekend.

Close to hwy yet quiet inside room. 2 free level 1 charging available but on a first come first serve basis. Room was clean and decent in size to fit 2 adults and kids. Breakfast is fresh and dining area clean regularly between guests. Pool open until 10pm and area is well kept. Not a major inconvenience but would be nice to have a self serve laundry room on site instead of having to go to their sister hotel across the streets. 10-15min drive to outlet. Would definitely return if we are in the area.
